It would be a good way. I can't even begin to describe how much I love the Hunger Games series. I read quite a lot and have never been affected by a story this much. The way I see it, the series was written as a lesson about history, war and humanity. It has made its point and it couldn't be more perfect. You can't improve this, it would just betray the point of the books.

I too agree with Stephanie but try changing the end by keeping primrose everdeen alive and have a happy ending From a true fan who loves your writing and got to engrossed and at a point imagined himself as Katness and felt her pain when primrose was killed.
